Day 1: Makassar (UPG Airport) – Scenic Drive to Toraja Highlands (Lunch)
When you arrive at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport (UPG) in Makassar, meet your local guide
Transfer to Rantepao
After the meeting, begin the transfer to Toraja. This transfer, in fact, leads to Rantepao, which is the heart of Toraja culture. The long, scenic drive, moreover, takes about 8–9 hours.
During the journey, enjoy views of traditional Bugis villages, lush rice fields, as well as dramatic highland landscapes.
