4-Day Corporate Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Welcome to the Island of the Gods!

Upon arrival at the airport, your group gets a warm greeting. You receive a traditional Balinese flower garland. Then, you are transferred to your MICE hotel in Bali. Afterward, check in. Take a short break.

Finally, gather in the conference room. You will have a corporate meeting.

Following the meeting, relax. First, freshen up. Later in the evening, then, reconnect with your colleagues. You will enjoy a special welcome dinner.

In particular, the dinner features local cuisine and gamelan music. Additionally, it has a warm atmosphere. As a result, this kicks off your corporate gathering.

For Entertainment, finally, enjoy a Balinese dance and gamelan music.

Day 2: Conference – Team Building – Uluwatu Sunset & Kecak Dance

Start your day with a conference session at your Bali MICE hotel. Coffee breaks and a buffet lunch are included. In the afternoon, change your focus. You will enjoy a fun beach activity. This event is for team building. It will boost morale and make teamwork stronger.

Later in the day, go to the Uluwatu Temple. This iconic temple sits high on a cliff.

There, capture the stunning sunset. Then, enjoy the Kecak dance performance.

End the evening with a great dinner. This meal is at a seafood restaurant right on Jimbaran Bay beach. Jimbaran Bay is famous for its fresh food. Finally, return to the hotel.

Day 3: ATV Ride Adventure – Ubud Exploration – Gala Dinner & Awards Night

Take a fun ATV ride. Specifically, this happens before heading to Ubud. First, drive thrilling off-road trails. You will then go through lush jungles and rivers. Furthermore, you will cross muddy tracks as well as scenic rice fields.

Therefore, this activity builds teams and leads to great photos. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing lunch. Keep in mind that the restaurant is fully surrounded by nature.

To celebrate the trip, enjoy a Gala Dinner and Awards Night. Concerning the venue, the event is held at your hotel’s ballroom.

Day 4: Relaxation & Departure – Wind Down & Farewell

Next, handle your check-out. Load the luggage.

Before the airport, enjoy a farewell lunch. You can also make a stop for gifts. Visit a Bali souvenir shop or art market.

Finally, transfer to the airport for your departure. You will leave filled with warm memories and a refreshed spirit.

"Fantastic Experiences on Our Java Bali & Sumba Photography Tour"

As a landscape photographer it was important to find a knowledgeable and adaptable tour operator in Indonesia who could be flexible in understanding our needs to be at a given location for sunrise or sunset. Wisnu and his team helped us plan the perfect trip which led to some superb images being captured Java Bali Sumba Photography . When Mount Ijen was suddenly closed due to volcanic activity Wisnu was able to suggest an equally beautiful location. The flexibility to adjust the itinery was really helpful. Each guide spoke good English and were a pleasure to spend time with. We spent 2 weeks exploring Java, Bali, and even the remote island of Sumba. All perfectly executed.
