Bromo Sunrise

Day 1 Surabaya or Malang – Ijen Crater/Plateau

Transfer from the airport hotel or train station in Surabaya or Malang to the small town of Banyuwangi Regency where Ijen Crater is located.

The journey takes approximately 8-9 hours in a private car with possible stops having lunch at a local restaurant on the way. you will overnight stay

Day 2 Ijen Blue Flame – Bromo Hotel

Around 01:00 in the morning, to Mount Ijen passing through plantations and rainforest.  Arrive in the Mount Ijen area, approximately 2 hours will be required to ascend the slope of Mount Ijen  The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing a dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with a load of 80 kilograms on their shoulders.

After enjoying the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen drive back to Banyuwangi to have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward to the Mount Bromo area for about 4-5 hours arrive in Cemoro Lawang villages Transfer to a hotel enjoyable stay.

Ijen CraterDay 3 Bromo sunrise – Surabaya or Malang

At 4 am the 4WD JEEP will bring you to the most famous viewpoint at Mount Pananjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera to see the sunrise with its volcanic including Mount Bromo and active Mount Semeru

Afterward to the sea sand of Mt Bromo slope till the parking area of the 4WD vehicle (jeep) then continue to the active Mount Bromo volcano by horse riding or on foot.

At 08:00, 4WD (JEEP) will bring you back to the hotel for breakfast, take a shower, pack, load bags then transfer out to Surabaya. We will leave Mt. Bromo at 09:00 to Surabaya or Malang and It will take about 3-4 hours.Bromo Tour
