Detailed itinerary

Day 1 – Yogyakarta → Malang (Tumpak Sewu Base)

Your journey begins with an early pick-up in Yogyakarta.

First, enjoy a comfortable, scenic 8-hour drive across Java. Indeed, pass lush landscapes and villages.

Then, following the drive, arrive in Malang by afternoon. Check in near Tumpak Sewu.

Finally, therefore, take time to rest. Prepare for tomorrow’s adventure.

Day 2 – Tumpak Sewu → Bromo

Start your day with breakfast. Then, trek to the breathtaking Tumpak Sewu Waterfall.

Once at the site, descend carefully. Feel the mist and then explore the Goa Tetes cave.

Following the trek, return to refresh. Before this, drive to Cemoro Lawang near Mount Bromo.

Finally, check in and rest for tomorrow’s sunrise.

Day 3 – Mount Bromo Sunrise → Ijen

Wake up early for a thrilling 3 AM Jeep ride. Go to Penanjakan Viewpoint. Witness the stunning sunrise over Bromo and Semeru.

Afterward, continue by Jeep to the sea of sand. Subsequently, hike to Bromo’s crater rim.

Next, return for breakfast. Then, begin the scenic 6-hour drive toward Ijen.

Day 4 – Ijen Blue Fire → Banyuwangi / Bali
